At The Air Purifier Store, we want you to breathe easy knowing that your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused air purifier or replacement filter within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unit back in its original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all manuals, filters, and power cables are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit and confirm it is in like-new condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
